小心叶酸的使用

警告:

单独的叶酸在治疗恶性贫血和其他巨(幼)母红细胞贫血在缺乏维他命B12是不适当的疗法

在每日叶酸剂量超过01mg的情况下当神经表现过程中会因为血液溶解时导致难解的恶性贫血

我是在一种美国很普遍的妈妈维他命(optinate) 的警告标示上看到的

有恶性贫血(perniciours anemia)的妈妈最好在使用叶酸前请教医生喔
